Total restoration Help Neded

Moving from California to San Antonio texas. I'm looking to totally rebuild my 2.3 body and engine...I already have a donor car. I'm sorry that one has to be torn apart so that another can live again. What I am looking to do is massive and to much for me to complete and to keep the wife happy I rather the cars not be on the property to long. Does any one know of any institutes, trade schools or colleges that would except the challenge of putting this car back together if all the parts were supplied.
