As much as I love the Termis. Nowadays you see a lot of guys modding their GT500s and getting some amazing power out of them. I would say the GT500 partially because it has the 5.4 and rear acxle already. Go over to SVTP and you see some amazing GT500s

gt500 hands down for straight line performance. solid axle, your starting with more displacement, more power.

And it'll be done another 100 times.
I'd take the Termi... with a GT500 5.4

I love my new 03 Cobra, but I'd like to have both. I like Goblin's answer too though.

As mentioned..beat to death. I have an 04 KB Cobra so here is my opinion. If money was not an issue..SHELBY. Its newer, its better..PERIOD. Now...most people dont have that sorta money so investing in a used mint stock Terminator is the only option. With a small amount of money it can easily beat the piss out of a stock Shelby. I myself do not care for the new body style just yet but it is growing on me. I had the choice of a new GT or a mint Cobra and welll you see the outcome.-Shane
