What I've always heard is to call up your preferred cam vendor (Comp, Lunati, etc.), tell them what you have, all your mods, any mods you're considering, and your intended use of the car, and have them spec a cam for you.

Lunati makes cams for 2 vavle cars?? me and my bud run lunati in our little "project" truck (1993 s10, 383 stroker, est. 500 hp)......i LOVE lunati..........but listen to 07stanggt, he is VERY helpful, best customer service i have EVER seen, and he can work with Comp like no other...........took him less than a week to build me a cam for my 3v mustang out of scratch.

If you are going to supercharge your car later, you need to pay special attention to the lobe seperation and make sure that your duration is not too high. Either of those parameters could cause some overlap issues and bleed off boost through your exhaust valve. It sounds like the standard off-the-shelf comp 262's or 270's would be an excellent choice for you or look at Hitech camshafts. Hitech offers some excellent grinds for your application. I have provided a link below to a Hitech that would be an excellent grind for you. Look under "ford camshafts", "2v supercharged", "stage 1".
