Hey guys/gals,

This is my first post, and I have to say this forum is freaking AWESOME!

Now down to business:

I have an '07 Mazda 3. I've wanted a 'stang for as long as I can remember.
I'm considering getting rid of my Mazda 3, and getting an '08 GT.

A couple of questions for the wise members in this forum:

First off, what kind of MPG are you getting with the mustang? I average 26.6 MPG in the 3, but from what I've been reading, you guys are getting pretty close to 27 on the highway. So what is your overall MPG? I'm about a 50/50 split highway/city driving.

2ndly, Obviously Im going to want to mod the car I was thinking the first thing I should do is get the 3.73's from the dealer and just have them installed when I would be getting the car. Good idea? different gears?

I chose the 3.73's from reading the threads about the different types of gearing. I plan on getting a SC once the factory warranty runs out.

3rd, what other mods could I perform to my mustang that would not void the warranty, to give me more power? (I'm somewhat of a newb when it comes to modding, but I'm very eager to learn, so I need your help in this department).

4th, any other comments/advice right off of the bat?
