Cheap Mods


What are the best mods that a person can do?? I already have cai, slp exhaust, and air silencer removed..........what else can i do that is really cheap??

is it a full cai or just silencer removed & filter? is the exhast a full system or cat back? gears, pulleys, 70mm t/b& plenum. a good dyno tune will help a lot and maybe spray.

i should've done gears a while ago. btw anyone know a good shop in hampton roads to get gears installed that won't ass rape me on the price?

PM Twist 2 Go on here...He installs gears for a very resonable price...

Price shouldn't be your main concern. You need to go to somebody who knows how to do gears right. Too many people don't install them correctly because they're really hard to do properly. You'll end up with a noisy rear end and it could possibly be ruined. When I got my gears done, I asked several people in the area who they knew was good at them. I paid $280 for the install and I would not have paid less for some other shop I never heard of.

the price isn't my main concern, that's why i asked for a good shop. i obviously don't want someone who's gonna half ass anything on my car, but i also don't want to get screwed on the labor. this is virginia after all

Steen Racing in Norfolk usually has a deal for about $450 .Its a gear change ,new gasket and Royal Purple.

drive down to dfw, we got a really good deal. 300 for gears & install @ gearheads which i've heard nothing but good from

There are quite a few good shops and good people around here that know exactly what they are doing when installing gears...

2 good places have already been mentioned in this thread...One of them should work fine for you...
