Independent laboratory testing shows repeatedly, amsoil is far superior than any other synthetic. We've used the product in our vehicles and customer vehicles, which range from Shelby Cobras, pushing well in excess of 500 hp to late model fuel injected high horsepower engines to big class 8 diesel rigs. We and our customers have always gotten in excess of 3mpg increase. Using their filters you go 25,000 miles or one year between changes and not void factory warranty. When using other brands of synthetics in the past we never saw mileage increase or service intervals like what we see with Amsoil. If you use the Amsoil bypass system, mileage is unlimited between oil changes. Instead you use oil analysis to determine change intervals. We have seen 8mpg increase by switching all lubricants on the vehicle to Amsoil. If anyone needs any help finding Amsoil products contact us.

Bull Shit. There is no way that you can create that much of a change. Adding 30% to your mileage. Does the oil have 0 viscosity and allow no heat to be generated? Show me the data. Untill then, your flat full of shit. No oil will make that large of a difference. 3mpg is only possible if the cars were running 25,000 miles on standard oil and then you switched them to synthetic. Anything will respond that way. I don't believe any of your figures. Get a spark enhancer they tested those too, lit the car on fire and hurt the gas mileage like 4 mpg before it caused the engine to start on fire. But hey, the add says it works.

I would love if he were right. But its impossible. When he shows some real data, I will believe him. Untill then, I stand by my words.

I now run mobile 1's full synthetic 15,000 mile protection oil. I change my oil every 10,000 miles now. When i change, my oil is still clean.

Look, synthetic oil works well, But its not magic. It wears out and it burns up. Your engine burns oil every time you run it. The change from cold to hot breaks down the molecules. And running 25,000 miles. I'm sorry, but I would NEVER do that. Even with a new car, your talking about 25,000 miles worth of shit going through your engine. Your oil cools, lubricates, and cleans your engine as it goes through. That is why it looks so nasty when you take it out. Amsoil is alright oil, but every racer I know, and I know quite a few. Use mobile 1, royal purple, and redline. Any full synthetic will be a good upgrade, maybe even gain you some power. But its not going to gain you 8mpg. Its just not. Show me your mileage and fuel consumption for 25,000 miles worth of driving and we'll compare the mileage then. But lets me honest. I've had my mileage very 5mpg on the same 750 mile road trip, same speed, same traffic due to road conditions. Your oil is just not going to gain you that much mileage in our cars. Take a prius, that makes 60 mpg, gain 8, thats 12%. More believeable but, 30-40% on your v8. SOrry Don't believe it.

considering the amount of posts u have, ur blog, and the links in ur sig, u sound like a wanna be vendor. doesnt that constitute a ban?

Same oil I use. I change it twice a year.
So 7400 miles, 2 years old = 3 oil changes.
Average of 1850 miles per oil change.
