i think if i got just 4.10s i can beat sti's.. they are doin like 4.6-4.7 0-6, im doin 6.9 and 4.10's have to decrease at least .3... so it would be up to whos driving at that point.

stis are very fast i had a turbo 300zx that ran 12.8 and the sti with exaust and boost turned up took me o and front mount.

Around my area there are a few STIs... They are quick and once they start to pull they dont stop...

a good friend of mine has an STi and he's pushing about 550 to the wheels. it's broke right now, he smoked his clutch on the dyno, but it's a beast.

If you want to takke STIs you better be loaded for bear,
very few of them that are going to want to run are stock.
If you're not juiced or huffed don't bother.
I have a "stock" Mach 1 and the stock STIs pull me out of the hole
but I can get back by them at about the 1000 ft mark on a good pass.
If they have the boost turned up and a good tune, I cann't touch them.
For reference I run 13.1s.

yea alright i got the scoop. my buddy has an 07gt and he has 4.10s.. the other guy has a stock 06 sti. The sti got the accel, and probobly 1/4 but then the mustang passed and hit 135 and stopped a couple cars ahead

just because you have read in a magazine that you can run that with 4.10s doesnt mean you can. it takes practice to launch good and run good at the track
