who cares as long as its got HP,right?  j/k i passed emissions with o/r x-pipe and a procharger on mine. it all depends on the tune,mileage and upkeep. you shoulda seen the old lady's face when i pulled up and my car was whinin' its ass off. hahah

i drove around for mons. with cats and i finally got o/r and i was like why the hell didn't i do this sooner....lol
but yeah if you have a bad tune it will throw your hydrocarbons and CO all off.

i think the SCT X2 but i know ppl who've had probs with both.
 actually the best way to tune a car is on a chassis dyno but if you don't have access to one then the hand helds will do.
