superchips error 9
i bought a superchips programmer and it is vin locked all i get is a error 9 does anyone no what this means and how to get it unlocked thanks

did you buy it retail? if you bought it from a friend, or used it probably will not work. companies program them to only work on one car to increase their sales. you might have to bring it somewhere who has the appropriate computer software and get it reflashed. call around performance shops locally.
