hurst shifter

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have a hurst short shifter in your mustang, If so how much time does it shave of your 0-60, also does a new clutch do anything other than hold more torque? Thanks!

well i dont know how much it will inprove ur 0-60, but it is a great shifter. It is really quiet and has really short throws. It also has a very confindent 2nd to 3rd shift.

i have the hurst billet plus..

when i put it in i was amazed at the difference it made... it made the old shifter feel like i was driving a truck...

the billet plus is nice also because it has fully adjustable stops as well!

VERY NICE!

I have the Hurst in my 2003 Mach. Shifts like a dream. Even the Ford Pro shop guys stated how nice it shifted. It took me about 2hours to install it. I don't know about the decrease in time since I never raced the car with the stock shifter. Raced it at Moroso in Jupiter Fl at the Steeda Stampede last October 2006 and it went through the numbers like a champ.
