Those welds look fantastic and will be plenty strong enough. The only thing I see that they will need is some sort of side-to-side strength. They will certainly not move front-to-back, but see the lateral loads as an issue. You have probably already thought of this, but, you know me

Your work, as always, looks GRRRRRRRRRRREAT!

Haha, found it. Round top or round bend U-bolt kits for leaf springs If anyone can find a U bolt cheaper, let me know. I will probably order 4 of them Friday night.

Well I found some 1 inch all thread, I think I an going to remake those posts. After making them, everytime I look at them I feel they are just not beefy enough. I kind of wish I kept my measurements for the tq arm, that wouldn't take more than a night to make.

A watts link from work, that center piece is like 7-8ft tall. That area, opened all the way, with the mold removed is bigger than my room!

Been busy and lazy. I have some material to work with, but an not sure if I will work on it this weekend. I have some bored out shaft for the one inch all thread, gave about 2-3 inches for threading then hollowed the rest out. Downside is I don't have a tap for this threading.

Sorry guys... Been caught up in work, life, and stuff for my supercharger bits. I think I am going to abandon the new design, and when I get to it, ill just cut my trunk and go back to the initial plan.
