My 2004 Mustang GT R

This is my 2004 Mustang GT R. so far I only have the Saleen rear kit, and the Spider front kit. The only mods I have done to the engine are the cold air intake and the headers. I have dual exhaust flowmasters. Currently I'm working on installing the lambo doors. Let me know what you think and any suggestions.

Correct me if Im wrong but I believe the R is a base model GT. Great for the true performance guy. No fancy schmancy leather or power windows/doors or even cd player. I think they all have standard transmissions too. A buddy of mine has a 95 model and its as base as they come.

No, I know the Cobra R. The 2k model is one of my all time favorite of favorites. There was also a GT-R model mustang. I didnt know that they still made them though. The GT-R was a mustang for the performance minde mustanger on a budget. It had all the interior of a base model V6 (vinyl or tweed seats, AM/FM only, no cruise control, no power windows or door locks, 16 inch alloys instead of the premium 17s and I believe it even had the same smaller brakes that the v6s had.

*EDIT Ok, so I was thinking of the GTS. This here is what I was refering to. Not exactly sure where the R comes into play.

Please tell me this is a joke??? No offense to you nuc if it is not. If you honestly believe that car is a GT"R" you have been duped by whoever sold it to you. There is no GT"R" never was, never will be. That badge came from a Nissan Skyline GT"R" twin turbo V6.

if you want that much of a drop better think of getting an air ride setup, atleast it is adjustable for going over speedbumps or up steep inclines, not to mention bump steer.

Oh my god.......

How long have you passed off the GT "R" emblem without getting slapped?

I mean seriously, it's like saying I just put a big block v12 in my crossfire......

When I bought the Mustang it already had the GT R on there. But as I have just found out there is no GT R so I will be removing that emblem when I get out of work.
