F'n A that's some crazy shit. Literally. Gotta hand it to the idiots that plow through the *water* at highway speeds nothing like getting those distributor caps wet, lol.

I think that would kinda suck to have that lid blow off like that and land of the front end. Car/Truck is prob totaled. The guy kinda took a shower.

Theres nothing more fun than going 55-60 and hit a really large puddle formed by heavy rain with almost zero visibility and feel the car glide across it... It rains here so much that I drive the speed limit when it rains and sometimes faster...Its just a matter of getting accustomed to it and knowing how it can handle on wet roads.

Is fun making those huge walls of water when barreling down a small flood (about 1/4 of the tire summerged)

Nah it looks like just a drainage sewer not waste. No idea what could cause that though.

something like that on a much smaller scale happend about 4 blocks away from me. too much pressure built up from I guess there was concrete over the cover, and it just exploded off. I was wondering why the road was so wet, and it didn't rain.

I work across the road from a refinery plant (i.e. where they make shitty water not so shitty anymore :-)

anywho, last month they had a massive explosion and hundreds of thousands of waste-water (so I heard) went sky-high, and to say the least, the entire city stank for about a whole day. good times, I had to work outside that day and it was 70 degrees and muggy. fun eh?

I only plow through water puddles at high speeds in the F-550 flatbed work truck... my Cobra, well she tends NOT to do that as water+engine's vital components=bad day in the shop. lol.
