yeah, while he was trying to stop someone from breaking the law. that asshole refused to pull over. led the cops on a high speed chase, endangered countless lives, oh, and tried to run a LEO over with his car...

Watch the video, the guy doesn't try to ram the cop at first, and the guy doesn't floor the car, the car started to roll after the cop starts shooting. Unfortunately the cop murdered the accused, so we will never know his intentions.
