I'm not sure if this would be the right place to post this. I hope it is.

Well, I bought my very first game at full, release price ($39.99). NFS Carbon of course. I've always loved the NFS series. I mean, other than most of the music they put on. They got some pretty shitty music selection.

Lemme tell you, that classic Camaro (I'm trying to get the damn Ford unlocked, it's the only Muscle car they let you start with) hauls ass compared to those little ricers and if you get into a corner right, you can bump off of the ricers and knock them off track while finishing the turn!!

I bought it last night and played for a few hours, won the charger and raced one race with it. Than I passed out. Have to go buy a TV so I can play when I get home.

Anyone else play it or like the series??

yeah, i'm a fan of the nfs games, too. i got a demo of nfs carbon and i also started with the camaro. i don't like the drifting in this game, however. i'm trying to wrap up most wanted. up to #3 on the blacklist

I love MW. I beat it about 6 times already. I finally decided to play the "challenge series". The races you have to race there are so funny! you have to race a tollbooth in a minivan with n2o and theres one with a pizza delivery car. The ones with the cop cars are pretty cool, but all I've gotten so far is the shitty first level cop car.

i'm about a third of the way through the challenge series. my problem in career mode is that i've got this badass mustang that i can't do much else to. without the stage three supercharger, i'm hittin' the rev limiter at about 150mph iin 5th. too bad i can't upgrade to a 6 speed lol. right now i'm driving a viper

I used the LS300 thru till the Supra. Ran that thru to the Cayman S. Kept that till the Lambo and pwn3d all thru the end!! Really couldn't do much with the stang after certian upgrades. It always wanted to spin out in the turns. I hate how video games like that make all american cars harder than hell to handle!

i love the stang for the cop chases cause it's hard to take down. it sucks when i have to slow down so the cops can catch up, tho

I never tried it in cop chases. Maybe I should some time. After I beat it the first time, I went back and did an hour long cop chase with the first level cops and the LS300. That was the hardest thing I had to do in anyvideo game. I had to avoid hitting the cops too much and taking them out and I had to keep turning around cause they would crash into shit!

I have MW and I've beaten it only once though don't care for starting over the car that I've used was the 'stang ever since I bought the car in the game I've beaten every rival on the blacklist with it and used it in every cop chase as well, I've also have carbon but I'm kinda disappointed with that game cuz it's kinda short.

Yeah, I'm realizing that now. I'm a little peeved too. It's ghey how you go from 15 "bosses" and lots of shit between racing them to 4 and not a whole lot in between.

The canyon races are a nice touch, but in a way they are ghey too.

fort gt - topped out at 242/243 mph in most wanted. im at #2, just messing around when i feel like it. bought the carerra... hate the sound the engine makes, doesnt go fast fast like the gt. got rid of the mustang after i got the gt, used to have the corvette and viper. sold those. all my cars are all black. ultimate shit, plus some junkman stuff too. kicks ass. i do miss the mustang. man, that thing plowed

I have two races left in the Challenge seris. The Race War Gold and the Pursuit Chase Gold that you have to go for 12 minutes. I have one area left to claim as mine but was trying to finish the Challenges.

I own every NFS game, beat carbon, just need a few challenge races and then I guees its completely beat, and I prefer Underground 2 the best
