i hate to ruin it but i think thats fake, look at the way he turns his body to get the right angle and you cant see his other hand at all.... just my opinion

that isnt even infrared. Infrared picks up heat signals and shows a picture comprised of various heat patterns. you wouldnt see a clear image of trousers. its night vission and night vission wouldn't see anything gasseous. Not to mention it would be trapped in his pants and slowly seep out. still kind of funny though.

It is staged and fake. The black you are seeing is because the gas is extremely cold coming from an aerosol can of some kind.

He is very careful to hide the aerosol can close to his body so you cant see it but if you look close you can see his arm there in the right place to hold it.

Was a good try though.
