How do you have you fan set up, temp control or run all the time. If temp control try dropping the set point and maybe a lower degree thermostat.

Does it run that temperature all the time? Does it seem to run cooler on the highway? What kind of fan is it? I'm thinking you have air in the system or insufficient flow thru the radiator......or both.

does it have air in it? if it does it could be in the cooling system.
If it's heating up like that it could very well lead to engine damage, blown head Gasket etc.
Don't want that, try flushing out the system and use a good quality coolant system cleaner.

Too small of radiator??? The OE size ones were pretty small. Which would equal insufficient flow like 1slo5.0 mentioned.
