Since I don't have the actual car, just a drive train from a 1976 Mustang II could someone please tell me what size exhaust pipes were stock on the 302 V8 two barrell with automatic transmission?

My engine is from 1976 it has SMOG heads, and a different set of exhaust manifolds than the first generation ones, my engine also has an electronic ignition module and came with a catalytic converter, a different radiator, different wiring diagram, different vacuum hose layout, plenty of differences.

I do post in the first generation section questions that are more broad.

thank you to anyone who replied, the post below from another forum summarizes really well all the different pipe sizes that were mentioned:

2 inch coming off the manifolds (Y-pipe).

1 3/4" on the branches.

2 1/4" for the tail pipe.
