Gregski READ THIS!

Hey buddy. I just read through your threads and I gotta say, they are interesting but you get no answers or responses by anyone. There are a lot of members whom don't even know this place exists. You have a 302 right? Why don't you use the 5.0 forum. There will be alot of help in there for you, unless of course you enjoy speaking to yourself! Just a thought and my .02!

The heads changed at least six times, and don't get me started on the brackets and the pulleys.

I know you are just trying to help and get me more exposure, and I have started using the different forums for more broad questions, just do a search on posted by "Gregski" and you'll see the majority of my stuff is elsewhere.

I actually have to give this guy reps. He has been posting here with problems/questions. No one has responded to him what so ever and he figures out what he needed to know, and STILL posts how he fixed his problem or figured it out. That shows a TRUE Mustang lover right there.

Thank you, long time ago I learned that you can ask a question on 8 different forums and get 9 different opinions/answers, LOL so I yes this forum is "dead" but if I get my answer somewhere else I share it here, who knows when someone may stumble upon it.

And like I said before yes I've started posting elsewhere, on this site as well.

A dime a dozen 1968 Mustang Coupe. Why a 68 you ask, well cause it's the last year of the body style that I like, before they got bloated, and the first official year of the 302, so although it won't be a numbers matching car at least I'll be able to look up a vehicle that actually existed when I need parts for it.

Going to see one this weekend. It's a total piece of crap, so it's right up my alley. Gentlemen leave a blanket on the couch for me, as the wife won't be happy, know what I mean!

Don't you know a Mustang II is a Mustang Too ! or sum sh!t

Actually it's the red headed step child that just didn't pass the paternity test. It's also allergic to chrome bumpers, but handles better than a stock first gen. If you're looking for a car with parts that are impossible to find, a Mustang II is for you!

Lol, so my car is bloated? It weighs 3160 lbs with 1/4 tank of gas. If that's bloated, most other cars are obese!

Dang it, 69 fastbacks are the exception, if one showed up in my driveway I would not send it back. 69 anything just sounds soooooooo dirty and bad.

Its got at least 300 lbs more "junk in its trunk" than the Rat Snake does

While some parts (like engine mounts, bellhousings, oilpans, and yes, the original pulleys) are unique to the II and hard to find at times, much of the rest is at least compatible.

Sorry I haven't been around, but I broke up with the ol' lady (over 13 years), moved into a two bay garage with my dogs, and have been going through some shit. I'll try to catch up here when I can
