Clutch Cable
Mine broke... The local shop guys insist they spent hours and hours searching for a replacement, but had no luck...
...former owner says is a standard heavy duty clutch cable for a 78... I'm having someone local fabricate a replacement... but they won't stand behind their work... ...so... ...where should they have looked to find a replacement?

Check out CJ Pony Parts. I could swear I saw one listed in their catalog. Bear in mind - they have a section for 74-78 Mustang II's, but you have to look for it. For some reason, they haven't listed it up front yet.
cjponyparts.com is the link. Good luck |
