happy to find others that love their Mustang

Hi all,

I bought a Mustang GT conv. about 2 years ago and I love it. Even so I am a german and are supposed to drive a beemer or mercedes.
I just finding out that I can do all kinds of inprovments to my car. That is sort of the reason I joint this site. I certainly can use some advice in modifing my beloved Mustang.
Wouldn't it be cool to be at a stoplight with one of those yappie BMW and show them what real deal is.
See there is a funtamental difference in german and american cars. German cars are build for highend speed. American cars are all about how fast can I take a 1/4 mile. The thing is since I live here I have yet to find a stretch of road you can go 150mp/h in some what of a safe manner. So accelerating to 65 miles as fast as I can sounds like a whole lot fun to me. Happy to be here ,SPAL

Welcome to the site!!! Its kind of funny if you think about it, Youre sort of the german equivalent of an american "import tuner". No disrespect intended. Its actually really cool b/c I have never really thought about how american cars are considered in other countries.

Anyways, have fun and Im sure you will find everything you want to learn about your pony and probably more here.
