I have a 1994 GT Coupe for my daily driver. It is need of some work. I am also ready to drop a new motor in my 1969 Fastback.

Fortunately, my kids can't get over to that side to knock anything loose. There is nothing on that side of the garage that they want or need. Interestingly, during Hurricane Rita nothing fell off of the wall either. We had about 7 hours of 120-140 mph winds and everything stayed put. The wind was blowing directly against the garage door and the door didn't even get the least bit damaged.

The motor is a 1979 351W block bored .040. It has a Comp 270H cam w/ hydraulic lifters, double-roller timing chain, D5OE heads with a minor port job on the exhaust side, Weiand Stealth intake, and a Holley 4160 carb. Definately not a world-beater, just a mild rebuild. The tranny is a stock C4 that I plan on installing a shift kit in. I need to upgrade the rear axle since it currently houses a 2.79:1 peg-leg.

Thanks. I live in Texas now and have lived here for a couple of years. I was born and raised in Claremore, OK, spending my first 36+ years there. I miss the Sooner state.
