New from San Diego CA

What's up Fellas?

So I've been browsing the forum for the last few months and finally registered. I'm the proud owner of a 1999 mustang gt 35th anniversary, the car has a few bolt ons but to be honest the car was in bad shape when I got it.... needed some minor body work, new paint job, mechanical work and some interior repairs.

I got the car from my friend, he was the first owner but due to some family and economical problems he couldn't keep the stang, he needed an economical car so we traded cars, now he owns my old dd, 01 vw golf 2.slow autotragic.

This are the bolt ons: BBK long tube headers, mac exhaust, has an H pipe but somebody cut it and welded cats, looks like ebay cai with amsoil filter, bbk 75mm tb, bbk intake manifold, HPS hardball'r , stc tuner, stage II clutch ( need to be replace) with dual cable and 373 gears short throw shifter.

What I've done: BBK lowering springs, belstein struts, satin black paint job, bullit lip, black housing headlights, 04 dash swap, eclipse double din, kenwood amps, focal components, 17x9 and 17x10.5 03 black cobra wheels reps wrapped on kumho xs 275/40/17 and 315/35/17, new spark plugs, axel cops, replaced all fluis with amsoil products, new water pump, thermostat and new fuel filter.

What needs to be done: New clutch ( still searching) new front seats ( rear seat delete aready done) new steering wheel ( looking for an OEM in good shape) and steeda pulleys.

Future plans: Sway bars, bigger brakes and maybe single turbo kit.

Here are some pics I took when I installed the front springs, Finally installed the rear spring last weekend ( school and work keeps me 24/7) Looking forward to meet local mustang enthusiast, meets or canyon runs but no street racing.

Cool, let me know what you think, any tips are welcome!

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, Nice choice in color. I've been looking all over the internet for a Satin Black 99-04. I want to wrap mine either satin black or matte silver gray.

I love em. Not too many people have them on mustangs, but they're starting to get really popular.
