You're right it is sonic blue the best color period!! By the time I get my stall in with the tune and I have the gears in already it will run like a cobra...lol...well maybe just in 1st gear...but I can dream

sounds like a good plan! a kenne bell definetly would be sick, just be sure to put some money in the bottom end, as a stock rotating assembly will normally only hold up to about 4-450 in a gt. sounds like some sweet mods to be adding, i love the cowl hoods. definetly post a pic when its done!

You're welcome! Yep I am going to do it right...that is why I am going to wait a few years and so that I can have the funds to build up the motor or go with something already built up to throw in. I will be taking pictures soon. I have a picture of the hood in my barn that I have to install on the stang sometime this week and get it painted. I also just got my 03 cobra chrome replica rims with 315/35/17's dr's on the back and 275/40/17's for the front. Don't have pics of those yet but I will be on vacation after thursday of this week for almost 2 weeks. So I am going to polish and wax my car and do a photo shoot. So be on the look out for a post of a very sharp looking sonic blue GT in the next week or two

Here is that pic of the hood not painted in my barn

. I was going to go with the 03 cobra bumper but got to wait for that one. The 2.5 cowl hood plus that bumper is so damn sexy

. But by the time you add all the stuff that goes with the bumper like the bezels and fog lights(all oem is the only way I want to do it) and getting it painted...is kinda of little too much for me right now. So that is why I decided to go with the rims and the hood to kind of give the car a more meaner stance with the big meats out back...plus the chrome will just make the sonic blue look so siiiick!!!! It does need to be lowered though and that will probably be the next thing I will do. I mean most people have to get rid of the 4x4 look right away or it just isn't a nice looking car without the lowered look. I beg to differ with that but I know a lot of people are going to scream at me for not lowering...lol. I know it's my car you might say and some would say do what makes you happy but yes I think I will succomb to all of you that want to see the car lowered cause I do love the look but I hate the roads of central il...blaahhh

Cool...yeah I have always liked the saleens too. Thought about getting them but just decided to get the cobra ones because there is not a huge difference in them and loved the thicker spokes of the cobra's style. Pics to come in a week or two...ttyl
