New here, but NOT to Stangs,,

Found you guys by Google and here I be. Like the title says, not new to the stang community, but with the current project I'm going further than I ever have with my own hands. I've had two 95's (should have never sold the first one) and 03 Cobra that ran 12.2's in this wonderful FL heat and sold it (don't give me no lip,,,it's a long story) for an 87 GT.

Im married, father of two (second is only two weeks old) and am a Deputy Sheriff here in Pinellas County FL. I hope Im not breaking any rules, but my hometown club was in the Dec (i think) issue of MM&FF. thestanggang.com.

Guess I'll do a new thread w/some pics.

Texas Hold Em party couple weeks ago. I got trashed!!

Right after I got the car I got this:

Interior shot. 87GT 80K miles. Had a GT40 crate motor, brand new 8.8 w/Detroit Locker center, 3:73 gears. Car ran a best of 13.4 in May w/last owner. I promise I will do better after the install. Dyno'd at 248hp/289tq before I ripped it apart.

Maybe you can help shed some light on some of the legal issues some people have on here...I.E asking if this or that is legal and such...
