12/20/08 Toys For Tots Charity Car Show

ALL MAKES AND MODELS ENCOURAGED!

What: Bring a toy and show off your ride! All family, friends and pets are invited to the TFT Charity Car Show.
All car show participants must bring at least ONE NEW AND UNWRAPPED TOY DONATION (TFT policy) as an entry fee to the car show!
Car Show will be top three Peoples Choice! Awards will vary!
Everyone else attending is encouraged to bring a toy donation as well. All donations will go to Toys for Tots!

Time: Car Show Participants (All make/models welcome): Please arrive between 11 AM - 12 PM
Event: 12 PM - 5 PM

is it only high end cars. cause im with the marines up in red bank nj and we'll make the drive with our cars

Not at all...it's for anyone and everyone. It's about the kids, not the cars. Bring a minivan for all we care, just make sure there's a toy in it!

Good for you Tonk!!!!

Great program! We have ours tomorrow morning in Bradenton FL. I've been making flyers and encouraging the neighborhood. The flyers worked great. I put a message on the flyer stating who I was and where I lived. Then I told them about the event and that I would be by that morning by 10:00 to pick up the toys. I also gave them a little cutout of a teddy bear to tape to the donated gift. I then told them to place it by the front door and we'd come pick it up. When we see the bear, we know its for us to take to the car show and give to the Marines.

I've been getting calls all week by people who wont be home Saturday so they wanted me to come and pick up before. Check out all the stuff I got for the kids! The besst part is that we havent even did the Saturday morning pick up yet! I'm going to have to take the Stang and the Durango filled up. Im so freaking happy!!!!!

Good luck getting a good response! Try the flyer thing! Its really working.

If you want a copy of my flyer, just let me know! I can email it to you and you can just change the name and address. IDK, I think its worth it because its such a worthy cause.
