Mechanics In Northern CA

I want to get 3.73 gears and eaton diff on my02 mustang. I live up near sac and Ive been getting quotes for 1200 for parts and install. that seems a little high for me. Does anybody know a good mechanic they trust near Sac?

I'm not sure this is close, but Rearend Specialties in Santa Clara, CA does that work for about half that price.

I would if I could man but I've heard from multitudes of people don't f*** w gears unless you know what your doing. I have zero experience with any of that
