emission test question- WA State (help)

Pierce County Washington resident that has smog testing done off OBD2 port (never open hood) every two years. Want to delete the EGR system & shutoff in tune on my '03 Cobra.

Questions: Will deleting the EGR & shutting it off in the tune result in smog check failure???
Anyone living in Pierce County (in particular) or King County that pass OBD2 emissions testing with EGR disabled/removed?

Ready to put my Whippled engine back together and would rather not throw that stuff back on if I can still pass without it.

I'm almost positive it will fail inspection if you disable your EGR.
