pypes headers

they look really good, and thats about it. the primaries are all mandrel bent, but are in sections. the pipes are all butt welded together with a tig. the flanges are thick and make it hard to get the damn oil dip stick back in. a passenger side primary tube sit on the starter, not too bad but does. the damn primaries on the drivers side is making it impossible to get the steering shaft in. i have been fighting the damn thing for a couple hours now to try and get in, but no damn luck. this is going on papasmurfs car, i dont know why he decided to be a damn test mule for these pieces of shits and still pay full price.

and pypes dont even make a crappy mid pipe to go with their own damn headers. its probably a good thing since they cant even make a good mid pipe for stock manifolds either.

after everything was done, the steering shaft rubs the headers, drivers side collector is against the floor, one primary tube rubs starter, oil dipstick is a pain to got in and dont hink it will come back out with out damage, and needs a mid pipe made for it. i hope i dont ever have to deal with another set of these again.

How about a 4v?

And screw you guys.

Primo - "Ok, J.P. go ahead and install the header."

J.P. - "Ok"

New Header Touching the Starter - *Sparks everywhere*

Caleb - "Think we should pull the battery?"

Scared the piss out of me.

I'm aware of that, but damnit. I'm tired of being surprised with them. Last time was when my wrench touched both battery terminals...

It was the battery in my trunk, and I was tightening the post on one of them. Since I had lay the battery on it's side it was bound to happen.

JP- its amperage that will get you

VA- I might be able to make it if im not to caught up on my mid term studying

MP- you could always come up this way

Wish- I dont blame you for returning them... Papasmurf's mid broke the bolts cause they fit so shitty... and it was a pypes mid meant for pypes LT's.
