Nope stock one just fine but to put the filter on you do have to cut the core support and I had to cut the lip of the frame alittle for the turbo so it wouldnt hit when motor twists when jumping on it

boost brothers

just letting everyone know about boost brothers. i just got a kit a week ago,i put it on a fox body, thats right a foxbody. you will have to remove sway bar or modify it on drivers side. the pieces in this kit look better than hp,pony down,bg. or the same. the craftsmanship is awsome. i am making over 650 on 18 or 19 lbs.they arent cheap stainless crap either.i would buy another kit any day, honestly i dont see howthey are selling it so cheap,i think the only way is the knock off bov, wastegate. my buddy has a tial wasegate and it performs the same,he was actually mad.if you have any doubts on getting this kit dont!!!!!!!! just buy it. i am giving boost brother mad props on this kit. just get better customer service,i dont have a digital cam right now but ill borrow one to get you guys some pics.if you have any questions hit me up.1300+600 for masterpower t-76=1900 for hell ah horsepower. thats all you have to do if you need more than 700 or so. i could make it if i needed to but my tranny wont take it.this isnt a stock motor either.

It took me 42 hrs to install ,but I also in stalled boost controller ,a timimg control and a lm2 wideband,I also added v-band clamps to the exhaust (that I have to redo again because its to low)notched the core support and frame and wrap all of the exhaust parts and cold pipes,if you do use this kit make sure you square the exhaust flange and use remflex exhaust gaskets.

and by the way they have no directions with the kit and when you call them or email them to ask questions, it takes awhile to get a hold of them and they are very vague about how to do something

yeah make sure you wrap or get the pipes coated, they will rust in a few weeks,it hapeened to my buddies. i hade mine ceramic coated.nice deal with the v band on the lower exhaust. i still have the band clamp on mine and its fine. i am pushing 15lbs now and its running sweet.i have some pics of the first time i installed it on the fox ill get them up soon.i added a boost controller.so far its holding up well.i give props to boost brothers, but yeah there arent any instructions,i found a little sheet that looked like a 2yr old made of the routing of the piping and stuff. and it takes a while to get ahold of them. i sent 40 emails about the warranty and other stuff and they would answer everything but the waranty questions or how they figured 700 hp on there test car. never got those answered. but the kit is worth every dollar to me.

thier is no markings on the turbo they told me it was a custom t67 turbo thats all of the information on it,they said it would hold up to 750 hp but I think it would be hard to get to that number,I think 550hp would be about it,I use mine everyday as a daily driver, still havent replaced the clutch or the fuel pump, maybe in January I could do it,but working on other projects right now,but it runs really good which surprises me I figured running it on the street it would have broke by now, I have about 6 months and 5000 miles on it.If I find it again ,I will pm you the auction number
