I made my upper section from thick cardboard and it came out nice.

Whats the point of a delete? seats cant be that heavy

Take em out and weigh em... lol - you'd be surprised how heavy the seats are and coupes are heavier then verts.

If you're running a cage it looks much cleaner back there as well IMHO

I own a coupe but I agree, the vert looks clean. I am looking into doing a rear seat delete as well and Im glad I saw this thread. Definitely not gunna waste my money. Anyone know of a write up to do a custom rear seat delete? I'd appreciate it.

Here is a link for a nice write up on a RSD. Looks clean too. Im considering doing this in the next few weeks when i get some time and money.
