Clutch and Flywheel Upgrade

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. I have a 1999 Mustang GT Convertible with about 90K. The tranny/clutch is chattering like a mother and my mechanic told me that I need to replace the clutch. I have found a "Spec 3+ clutch and cobra flywheel with 6k miles $150" on Craigslist. Does anyone know if this would work in my car? Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages of going with this clutch and flywheel over replacing with an OEM or aftermarket?
Thanks and please forgive me if I am being stupid, I am new to this.

that would be too much for your car and i believe the splines will not match from the cobra clutch to your replacement. I would suggest looking at the king cobra clutch. King cobra clutch will be like oem but have a little more holding power

yeah, You are right. I just called the person selling it and I would need to replace the crank to use this setup. So what would be the best clutch and flywheel for the money and power of my car and budget? Keep in mind I DON'T plan on adding major power to the car.

I installed a King Cobra about 10k ago.. nice pedal feel, excellent drive ability. I would suggest it as well.

The dual-friction is good to 450,the dfx is hood to 650 if I remember correctly. I love this clutch. John force would be proud of my launches and it's the same pedal weight as oem and when I spray it doesn't slip at all. I don't recommend stuff,I figure that's what commercials are for but I will recommend this clutch all day long. And it was reasonably priced. 400 up here in Canada so I am gonna assume at least 30 % cheaper in the states
