JLT Customer Service
Okay so a while ago I bought a JLT RAI for my car, like.. a year or 2 back, and my intake cracked at one of the seams like right in half. Here is the picture I sent them.
![]() So my point is not that jlt makes shitty products, because they dont. This could have been a fluke, so anyway. Maybe I'm just so surprised because I've never had this happen to me customer service wise, except with samsung, but it wasnt as easy as this. I emailed them with the picture wondering if it was a common problem for that to happen, and they said no it isnt, give us your mailing address if you didnt buy direct from us and we'll ship you a new intake. Simple as that. I haven't received it yet but it was shipped out a few days after I reported this problem. So if anyone is thinking of getting an air intake, I (as many others) recommend JLT.

Same thing happened to me a few years back. Cracked in the same place from hitting the strut tower. I had a black one that was purchased through American Muscle. I sent them pictures and a few days later a brand new one arrived and they even painted it dark shadow gray for me for no extra charge.
