I emailed Chris today. I live not too far from them here in FL. If I decide to do this, I will take it to them and let them do their "best" job on it and I'll post the results for review.

If they are confident in their product, they will have no problem running a few dynos for free to post.

... again Juggalo, thanks for this info.... this could turn out pretty cool, we'll see.

After talking to Chris @ Sniper he informs me that they are moving to become emissions approved!! also been informed that if your car passed etest before the sniper tune it will 100% pass after hands down ive also beein informed by chris the actual reason why ford tunes its vehicles back is because they are tuned to run on poor quality fuel. thats where sniper comes in and tunes the engine properly for the grade you use. I also want to streess this because i was a little unclear i have not looked at the turbo and super charged and Nitros settings, please dont tune your car for this if you dont have it it will result in a substancial power loss. i was just stating i hadnt looked at them not that i was going ot tune my car for it.... i only wish i was turbo! and like i said the on a stock engine this really does make a feelable difference no doubts in my mind even my fauther asked what i did to his car and mine!

wow i have been looking for a good tuner for my car for quite some time. odd that this thread would show up today....

so with this tuner, you dont have to rely on anyone else to provide tunes for the car, right? that was my biggest issue with the other ones out there. so i have been searching for something that gives me the ability to do everything myself. are there any features that are missing from this program, or is it really the ultimate tuner?

p.s. the other crazy thing is that i always use the nickname "sniporbob", so i found it hilarious that this is most likely the tuner i have been searching for

It's definately cool software. I also noticed a nice difference once my tune was done. Pulls harder.

Juggalo, one thing I am unclear about was the MAF calibration. The way I read it was that it would recalibrate MAF/Injectors with their brand MAF, but no one elses. Did I read that wrong? Will it recal the stock one too?

the stock one is a ford maf you need to have your maf its self recalibrate and then u have to tell the computer that your maf has been changed thats where the sniper tune comes in.
