I was at sniper a year ago to have my car dynoed by Patrick and he used the tuner on my car. I was impressed how quick it flashed in the new tunes. I have the diablo sport predator for my diesel truck which takes about 8 mins to reflash. The sniper was like 30 seconds because he said it only reflashes the changes that are made and doesn't have to rewrite the whole program like some other tuners. The only bad part for me was that he said the canned roush tune was a good one and that he couldn't improve on it unless I changed something else such as air filter or pulley size or injector size. Needless to say I was impressed with the tuner and it's capabilities and the fact that it was able to read the roush tune and modify it without sending it back to roush.

i live 30 minutes from where the location is at. I've been there and my car's been on the dyno. A lot of people charge on the number of times you are on the dyno. Patrick charges for time...and it's more cost effective for the customer.
