CHE Performance

I'm not sure if this would be better in the clubhouse, but I thought it might be good for the traffic here if someone was curious about suspension companies.

I ordered lca's from CHE a little over 2 weeks ago. A few days ago, I still havent gotten any tracking number or notification for shipment. I knew they were backed up due to the bushings being delayed, but I thought maybe my order had slipped through the cracks somehow.

I sent them an email asking about my order, and a few days later I got an email from the owner apoligizing for the delay. He said they are still getting large amounts of orders and theyre still a little behind on filling the orders. He promised me they would be shipped by the end of next week, and refunded my shipping, as well as giving me 10% back.

I havent installed the part yet obviously, but I hear they are quality parts and their customer service is top notch. I will definetely order from them again and would reccomend them to anyone.

Good to hear CHE takes care of their customers. I love companies that make the effort to provide quality customer service. I misplaced a few of my stage 8 locking header bolts for my build. I couldn't find a single site that sells them separately (only in sets of 16), so I gave stage 8 a call. Glen helped me out and said he'd just mail me the few bolts I was missing, free of charge. It's the little things that make such a huge difference.

It took me about a month to get my parts from CHE. But the wait was worth it. Very nice parts and you can tell the quality is there. You won't be disappointed.
