Has anyone used or know someone who has the Patriot Performance Ford 4.6 / 5.4L SOHC (PI) Stage III Head, im looking at getting some heads for my car. These heads come without the cams but have the internals.

i can see that. i used people that others have had positive experiences with and then i get screwed. so history is history and if i want something i buy it and if i dont like it i learn from it.
