Who has the best service for parts, you ask?

Well let me enlighten you a bit about most of the companies I have had the pleasure dealing with. First MRT-Direct .... good products but the Janitor must be handling all the shipping. I ordered a set of Aero Turbine mufflers for my 08 GT 500 and received an H-pipe instead. The invoice was right but the guy in the shipping department has not yet learned to read. They did get the mufflers to me next day though, which was great. Second Steeda, well the inflated prices of the products were overshadowed by their inability to determine whether the product was in stock or not. I received the Tri-Ax shifter but instead of a handle, I received a sheet of paper saying the part was back ordered. My feeble attempt to mold the piece of paper into a shifter handle did not work out as well as I would have liked. However, now that I have all parts, that shifter is OUTSTANDING! - even better than the Hurst shifter for my 07 Mustang GT. Third RPM outlet, They obviously share the guy from MRT-directs shipping department. I overnighted a 2.65 pulley and idler assembly from them. Yeah..... instead of the 2 bolts required to install the idler to the front of the blower housing, I received a 10" piece of pipe. At first I was not sure what I was supposed to do with the pipe, but I soon realized where I was supposed to put it. I talked to the sales department instead of waiting for an eternity on their Cust dis-service line. I was told the bolts would be overnighted. 3 days later a 3 day ground box arrived, when I opened it, my bolts were inside a UPS overnight envelope. Because Superman was off that day at UPS, he could not use his X-Ray vision to see the overnignt envelope and deliver the items when promised. Bottom line..... all the aftermarket parts companies have a lot of work to do and as long as we continue to pay ridiculous prices at companies who are indifferent to our needs, things are not likely to change anytime soon. So I just look for what I think is a good product and realize somehow, the order just will not be right the first or in some cases the second time.
