I called http://www.prestigemustang.com/, and asked if they had a rear end with cobra brakes and 3.27 gears. They said they had one and i bought it. Turns out it has 3.73 gears and i wanted a refund or store credit. Well they said i got lucky because a rear with 3.73 is worth more. They also said it is to hard to check what gears it has, so i aske why would you advertice 3.27s then, no answer. They say 90 day money back garentees only work if it is foulty, nothing to do with being the wrong product. Just giving you guys a heads up, you will never know what you are buying from these guys.

They said they were selling him one thing and gave him another? Thats lame of the shop and they should of returned the item. If they want to be buttheads about it then you can always call up your credit card, assuming you used your cc, company and cancel or take back the payment to the shop. They will require you to write up a complete description of what happened and why, then they normally side with you as long as your claim is legit. I had to do that once after a dealership jipped me out of $2200 for some rims that they said were one thing and turned out to be another.

umm the guy just wanted to inform us that prestige mustang screwed him.. its not about whats BETTER its the fact that he wanted the 3.27's and he DID NOT get them!!!! he got 3.73's! he should have been able to get his 3.27's with no problem!

Ok, this is my first post on this forum. With that said -- aren't you guys getting way too worked up over this? Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I agree with the previous poster, when he said that the originator only wanted to let everyone know. Personally, I take these posts with a grain of salt. However, I will keep his warning in mind if I ever find myself considering a purchase from the vender in question.

I echo the comment about the all caps. Maybe I'm old fashioned that way. I don't know.
