set up your auto bracketing exposure to do +2 and -2 and take 3 pictures........that will help out alot and super easy without moving your camera for the HDR photos

You should get a lens with at least one stabilization mode. Some come with two, and the second is if your panning and dont want you pics to blur vertically.

I've got a bag full of lenses inclusive of a 50mm 1.4, thought it was going to be a work horse for me only to find out it really is only good as a walk around lens sparingly for what I like to shoot.

I roll most of the time with my canon 24-70 2.8L I saved for this lens as it was over a grand and I wasn't as involved in shooting as I am now.. Hands down the best purchase I ever made.

Gene, you do kinda need to figure out what your favorite type of shots are. Seems you like the landscapes from what we see you posting..

I see the same problems you are with photobucket, something happens in upload, not sure what, but I no longer use them as my main hosting location. I've been very happy with flickr lately. I can load a full size 3888x28xx and it's sharp as a tack..

that's what I have been doing, all while using a tripod, but when I use the HDR program it lines it up perfectly , then when I save it, it looks awful ! what is the cause of this ?

I only have one lens, it has image stabilization, but I haven't really looked into what kind it has

did u download the link i posted??

when u add 3 pics and u can hit guess EV or whatever
on the right it will show 2 different sets of the same pic, from there u can hit auto align or u can set each to zero if u used a tripod and know it didnt move any

after that u hit whatever the button is on the bottom right(i forgot)

it does what it does then on the right u hit the tone mapping button and there it will do its thing again, once that opens on the left hand side u can adjust everything to your likings

if that dont help watch this......

if your on a tripod then u shouldnt have much movement

if u look ull see u can choose 2 different sets of images

if i know it might be off ill just hit align view and let the computer do it, or if i know for a fact it didnt move ill enter a zero in the 2 boxes

after that i click ok, then from there i do the tone mapping
