Just got my Tamron 70-300 in the mail and snapped a couple quick pics while on my break.

Random doorknob (little soft on the edges of the knob thanks to my shakey hand)...

Ceiling tiles that I painted awhile back...

I don't remember them being ebay sellers. I think I listed B&H Photo and Calumet Photo, because they always get in used equipment. Sometimes you can nab up some good quality stuff that way.

Just make sure you get something sturdy, everyone always complains that the sturdy stuff is heavy and bulky. On a breezy spring night when you want that money shot and don't land it because the wind gave you some camera shake.. they'll wish they listened.

I used a calumet 7300 for years: Calumet 7300 Tripod with Three-way Quick-Release Head - CK7316 - CK7316

The step down, 7100 is on sale this week: Calumet 7100 Tripod with Three-way Quick Release Head - CK7114 - CK7114

only sold my 7300 recently because I got a killer deal on my manfrotto.

Thanks for the links Erin. I thought that you had said that they had eBay accounts too in a post the other day. I probably just mis-read it.

Thanks again.

I took all these earlier today! Needless to say i had an extremely fun day! Havent riden a dirtbike off road for years. Such a rush! my damn knee's were wobbly after everytime i got off the bike.

this one wasnt me doing a wheelie.....let me go ahead and clarify that

Took this one for memories since im moving back to my hometown on the east coast within the next 2 weeks hopefully. Gonna fly my brother out here and hes gonna drive the prelude for me and follow me to south carolina

yeah yeah yeah i know, i was stupid for letting someone do that around my car, but insurance would cover it
