As usuall...fantastic photography. someday when I rich and famous, Im taking all these photos and making a big coffee table book. "Life from the eyes of a Mustang" or something ghey like that. What great pictures.

Weems...Those pics are great...nice pick up on the "textures". Mar, that Geranium is awesome and Fun, that first one of that flowering tree is damn near perfect. Is that a flowering cherry or something? I'd love to have one of those suckers in my yard.

Looks like the lens is having a hard time grabbing focus from being too close Jasonic.. Might back up just a tad to get a better lock. Without a macro dedicated lens it's tough to land a tack sharp tight shot with details. I had a 100mm dedicated macro, that was a sick lens for the money.

Here's a couple of my non macro lens shots, I had to back off to land it as well:

This one the focal point was the lower cornea - tried to pull in some of the texture there- also, non macro lens.

My camera is only a $100 coolpix. It had trouble focusing in on the chrome because it couldnt figure out if it wanted to focus on the rust or the reflection in the chrome. I like the top photo that you took there...you can almost "smell" the oxidation just by looking at it!
