I told luke it looked fuggin bad ass. Totally goes great with the car and the fog lamps. I thought the lamps with the bezels was going to make it look a tad off. Turns out that is totally the opposite. They actually set up the hood nicely..

Awesome Luke!!!! It makes it different and that is freaking great. So many Mustangs look exactly alike. Great job.

Now all you need is to make the NOS blowoff (I think thats what its called) come out the front for a sweet ass dragon effect!

thanks! honestly its just the led underhood light... and a dark garage.

what am i totally missing on this ghosting shot i am looking for? first off, i am a rather newb at this, but i though just holding the shutter open (Tv) (100 iso) and closing the hood half way through the 30 second exposure would yield what i was looking for, but its not yet worked. tried two or three times. even tried with a 15 second shutter and did it half way through with the same exact effect.

no sir. my friend shot this pic, and there is NO photoshop used in it...

she hit the shutter, and then told us all to run behind the cars about 10 or so seconds in. and this is the final result...

By running a long enough shutter. A long shutter of 20+ seconds makes it so that fast movement cannot be picked up in it's entirity. If you move quickly through a frame of that length after being stationary for a duration, the result is that shot AZ posted. All of the settings depend on the lighting and effect you want.
