I'm not lucky enough to land anything like that.. outlay in monthly costs here in this Suburban Chicago area would run 4500.00 to 6k. I'd have to have a serious clientel and a serious location to cover that outlay. Just not economical enough. If I could find a facility and my total monthly with utilities be 2k or less, I'd be in no questions asked...

The Saleen coupe is mine for nice days. The green Saleen speedster is what the wife upgraded to a few months ago, making the black vert my new daily driver/beater.
