NHRA National Time Trials 2009

here are a few of the pics i took this last sunday at the national time trials that the nhra had here in phoenix,az. i took these all on my canon rebel xt.

thought i would share them with you guys!

got alot more coming, these were just a few i put together tonight. i took a ton of pics in the pits and what not. hope you like!!

Here's a few of Ashley lookin Scraggly in preparation to race. When she first arrives she's smokin... The cool thing about all of the Force family is the spend time with the fans in the pits..

thanks man! i can't wait till the race next month! gonna shoot some more pics of those land rockets. its fun! just have to get use to the excessive rate of movement, and you can get some good shots!

They really come alive when you drag the shutter.. Check out the wrinkle in this tire:

and the flames can be serious off the exhaust:

yeah, i need to learn alot more about my camera... this was just on the "sport" setting. i really want to learn it better, because if its working this well on the stock settings, i cannot imagine what i can do once i actually have a clue as to what i am doing!
