just got it saturday. put 200 rounds through it successfully.

The 590a1 is of far greater construction than the regular 500s, and pistol grip shotties FTL. There is not enough control without a stock IMO.

i got a Bushy m4 a3 but its a 11inch barrel. got 1000 round about 4 months ago. love shooting it.
