Went on a little trip today with the D40

Im pretty much in Love with my D40 haha. took some random pictures and pictures of a little trip i went on today.

And I broke my F'n Tri Pod. Im so pisssed. It's like 3 weeks old. No more HDR's for a while. Damn it.

Saturation is way too high, other than that great pics.

Most of the photos i put through an HDR filter. thats why the colors aren't realistic. Guy on SVTperformance told me to do this to get the images to pop out. So i thought id try it out.

Weems you know of any good Photography forums?

Im trying to decide whether to get a new nice camera, or an HD camcorder that I found a good deal on.

I'm glad I decided to keep mine. I need to go out and take some pictures. I just don't have any really good scenery around me that I haven't taken pictures of already.

yeah i saw your add yesterday and you were selling everything for a great price. But this is a investment that you'll have for a really long time so it's worth it. glade you decided to keep it. I know what you mean about the scenery thing. I dont know if you live in a small town but when ever i go out driving i just kind of keep my eye peeled for nice places to shoot and then when i have time i go back to that spot.
