I didn't use one. I just took the two pics back to back and resized as needed in photoshop since they were not perfect.

Removed the trees from the hood. Tried the fenders, but it was not working out good...

nice work gettin the most distracting part out, it's way better but the hoodline left with it. I know how the fender work can be a pain, sometimes it's just way easier to find a location with less things to reflect in the paint and re shoot.
