I need lowering bad, debating cutting the stockers for now? What's your opinion?

PS I need new black AM headlights, HIDs, and a chin spoiler too!

My brothers cobra is a simple coil cut. He didn't have the dough for a suspension replacement so we went ahead and clipped em:
