Here all along I thought I had the EF-S IS from BHphoto. But I had put the wrong 18-55mm in my cart the day I bought the camera body. So I traded it in for the 18-55mm EF-S IS. Nothing special, its the kit lens for most the newer Canon SLRs. But its un upgrade for me. :p

Next upgrade will be either a 75-300 EF-S IS or Sigma 10-20mm Wide Angle. Depends on which I need first.

This also might be the last photoshoot of the GT. Finally sat down with my dad to look at options for another one. I'm nearly done with schooling and am currently putting 1,500+ miles a month on the GT. At 86k miles that worries me. Plus the health network I work for forces me to spend a significant amount of time on gravel, country, roads.

You guys know me, this may change but its looking more like I need a practical car. I'll either trade it in or sell it to my brother (in which I could buy it back later down the road). I don't have the space or funds for a second car currently.

Saturday night we are going to Andrews for drinks and payperview UFC (Kyles..Blown4v...going away party for the AF)...i don't drink so at least i'll be there for market runs when needed...then a few of us are crashing there since the meet up is in the area for Sunday....this will be the first club-wide meet of 2010...we are cruising to the I40 Dragway in crossville for the day...it's $20 for all day runs and the owner is ropeing off a section for the club to park...we have around 45-50 cars going so it should be fun...if you don't run at least bring the camera for some great shots...we only get this many together 3-4 times a year afterall
